Welcome to Legin Commons, a new affordable housing community on the PCC Southeast Campus in the Montavilla neighborhood of Southeast Portland. We offer 124 studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes, with on-site services including resident services, community programming, and resources to support long-term stability. Legin Commons honors the history of this neighborhood. The site once hosted Legin, one of the first Chinese restaurants on Portland's east side and a beloved gathering place for the Asian and Asian American communities along 82nd Avenue. This four-story, energy-efficient building carries that legacy forward by creating quality affordable homes for the people who make this part of Portland home.

Located at SE 77th and Division Street, you're steps from frequent bus services, a mile from the MAX Green Line, and within walking distance of schools, grocers, restaurants, and Mt. Tabor Park. Twenty apartments are reserved for households at 30% AMI or below through Project-Based vouchers. Developed in partnership with Our Just Future, APANO, and Portland Community College, and financed through Oregon Housing and Community Services, the Portland Housing Bureau, and the Portland Clean Energy Fund.
